How do I place an Order?

 

To place an Order, either:

 

1 - Order directly from your preferred range page and email us the details or

2 - Email us and let us know your favourite range, names, dates, times and venues and we’ll get back to you with some free digital proofs within a couple of days. You can then suggest as many amendments as you need and when you're ready, you can tell us how many you need and make a payment. You'll receive your order within 1 week.

How can I make a payment?

We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards, PayPal, Bank Transfer, or cheques made payable to Swoon at the Moon and posted to 20 Plymouth Road, First Floor Office, Tavistock, PL19 8AY, United Kingdom.

 

Orders paid by cheque will not be printed until the cheque has cleared. Please note that once you have made a payment, you have agreed to the Terms and Conditions included here.

We do not accept any payment until you are happy with the proofs that you have received and we are more than happy to make as many amendments as you need, so please don't rush. We normally take full payment for whatever you need printing at that time (i.e. you won't need Orders of Service at the same time as Invitations so we would only take payment for the Invitations once proofs are agreed).

How long will my Order take?

Orders are often completed within 1-2 weeks and this will vary depending on how busy we are. Orders are only shipped once full payment has been received. If you need it quicker, please get in touch and we’ll see what we can do for you. We can personalise, print and post on the same day.

What can I make changes to?

You can make changes to anything. Any wording changes are completed as part of the advertised price. Further changes to colour or design may be subject to an additional charge, depending on how much time it will take us to implement them. We will always be up-front with you about any extra charges and these will only be to cover our time. If you would like to make any changes, please let us know as early in the process as possible. The designs on the website are for illustrative purposes only. There may be slight differences in your finished design due to space restrictions based on any wording and information you supply.

 

Will I receive something to approve before printing?

 

Absolutely. We will email you with proofs as soon as you have made the information available to us. Once you have received them, please feel free to take some time to have a good look at them to see if anything needs changing. If you would like anything changed, just let us know; it’s not a problem at all.

 

It is completely your responsibility at this stage to proof-read for any grammar and spelling mistakes.

 

Once you have approved your Order for printing, we will arrange payment via your preferred method.

 

Although we will do our absolute best to match screen colours to print colours, please note that every computer screen varies with regard to setup which may lead to differences in the way the colours are viewed. Unfortunately we will be unable to offer refunds on this basis.

 

How will my Order be shipped?

 

We ship UK mainland orders using Royal Mail's 1st Class Signed For service or occasionally, UPS for large orders. On either occasion, you may be required to sign for your order, either at the door, or on collection from a local depot.

 

How much is postage and packaging?

In the UK? Absolutely nothing, diddly squat, nada. Ever.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do, Quotes for shipping will be given on an order-by-order basis. There may be countries we are unable to ship to but we’ll do our best.

 

What if I’m not satisfied at any stage?

We want happy, satisfied customers who feel like they’ve enjoyed their Swoon at the Moon experience. Please let us know if you have a problem with anything at any stage and we’ll do our utmost to rectify it for you.

 

Do you have a cancellation and refund policy?

 

If you would like to cancel your order at any point, a part refund may be given. This will be dependent on any design and prints costs incurred up to the point at which you wish to cancel. We will discuss with you on an individual Order basis. We cannot give refunds on completed Orders. If there is a problem with your completed Order, please feel free to contact us and we’ll endeavour to find a solution.

We take Data Protection seriously and will not sell, rent or otherwise profit from any of your personal data. You may receive emails from us from time to time with news about Swoon at the Moon and special offers.

 

We may wish to use some photos of your wedding stationery for our Blog and social media purposes. Please let us know if you would not like photos of your wedding stationery used by us in this way.
